Dear Children Around the World!
Our November trip takes us to the Baltic Sea coast, Latvia! I wonder what it’s like in this northern country with so many people living there, like in Budapest? What happened to the old man’s lost glove, and what does a rooster or a daisy mean to Latvians? Our programme will answer all these questions and many more – let’s travel to Latvia together!
Programme:
from 9:30 – Arrival, registration, creative activities together
10:00-10:15 – Interactive presentation about Latvia
10:15-10:30 – Story from Latvia: The old man’s glove
10:30-12:30 – Latvian-related crafts activities
The event will be streamed online on our Facebook page and will be accompanied by video and photos, which will be posted on the Gallery’s and the partner institution’s website and other social media platforms. By participating in the programme, you agree that recordings may be made and used.
